Feminism Tolerates

Feminism tolerates...

Feminism tolerates victim complex.
Feminism tolerates the draft; as long as women aren't drafted.
Feminism tolerates religious desecration; as long as it is not Islam.
Feminism tolerates free bleeding, and the biohzard waste caused by same.
Feminism tolerates women abusing and / or raping men.
Feminism tolerates women abusing other women.
Feminism tolerates misandry.
Feminism tolerates the pussy hat crap.

Feminism: the religious doctrine of the Left, whose sacrament is abortion; tolerates some things, but not others.  Feminism is not very tolerant.

It Is and It Is Not

We don't have a "gun culture."
What we have is an intolerant "anti-gun" culture that is violent about their wishes.

We don't have a "patriarchy."
What we have is a segment of women who want special privileges and don't mind bullying the rest of our overly tolerant society to get them.

We don't have "systemic racism."
OK, maybe we do - but it's a system of racism against white people. Specifically,  white males.

Getting rid of Obamacare is not stripping healthcare away from xx million people.
Getting rid of Obamacare is simply discontinued forcing of xx million people to purchase health insurance.

Worth What?

Abortion.

When the greatest thing you bring to the species is the ability to bear and rear young...

And you set out to kill the young you would bear...

Then you as an individual have removed all of your own worth to the species.

Worthless.

How does that feel?

$38 Million

$38 million. What could you do with  $38 million?

Feed Rosie O'Donnell for a day.
Run the US Federal government for about 5 minutes.

Or, put it to good use.
Invested at a guaranteed 6% return, and assuming annual taxes in the highest bracket, one would be left with a hair over $130,000 per month to spend. The average US household makes do with roughly  $3500 per month. In my state, that average is $2700 per month.

$38 million is what Donald Trump paid in taxes in 2005. It's 1300 times what Bernie paid last year. Bernie said that Trump paid no taxes. Yet again, Bernie is just off in his own little world.

Liberals who were saying Trump paid no taxes for 20 years have had to change their slander.
One liberal even said that since Trump "only" made $150 million in 2005, that he wasn't a billionaire. Proving once again that liberals and facts don't walk the same path.
One liberal made this information public. Will he be charged? Or is it a "she?"
The liberal who displayed a 30-round magazine on live TV in an area where they were banned was never charged.

The man who made almost as much in 2005 as the Clintons have combined to make in their entire collective lifetimes is the President.  And he is running the government like you'd expect a successful businessman to run it.

Liberal Verbal Gymnastics

Libtard on social media:
"Please never talk to me again about being "pro-life" if you advocate cutting off money for famine relief, leaving families to starve."

I've seen a lot of that format on social media...
"Don't claim to be "pro-life" if you advocate XXX."

For the last time, directly and actively killing a person is much different than than being unable to render aid to a person who is in dire circumstances.

Flip side, for my fellow #AltRight counter-trolls... this was seen on social media:
If you don't support Meals on Wheels you're not a good Christian, according to people who aren't Christians and don't believe in Jesus.
- @EWErickson

Good point.
I'm going to take it a step further... here's your template. Let's go to war.
If you (don't) support XXX you're not a good Christian, according to people who aren't Christians and don't believe in Jesus.

Phony "Christian" Outrage

Recently, Donald Trump laid out his budget. Naturally, the libtards reacted as expected. Among the phony outrage participants, several pointed to the Scriptures to back up their claims that Trump was not being Christian by cutting off foreign aid. Indicative of the phony outrage was this public comment made on Social Media:

"Worth noting that in Matthew 25, God judges the NATIONS by how they treat "the least of these." It's not a passage about personal charity."

Is this claim valid? The scriptures certainly do say "all nations." Will God judge nations by how they treat 'the least of these?'

First off, the judgment of God as to eternal salvation or damnation is an individual judgment. Nobody will be condemned to eternal damnation because they lived in a country that did not obey God. Salvation is an individual issue.

Secondly, God most certainly judges countries and nations. Nations prosper and they fall at God's wish. The Bible is replete with details of God's judgment upon countries of days past.

Most importantly, will God judge America (presumably harshly) for failing to give foreign aid? The most logical thing to do is to go to the verse in question and look. For the sake of propriety, we will quote the entire passage here so as not to miss important details.

Matthew 25:31‭-‬46 HCSB
“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations (author's note: the Bible app gives a note here saying "or Gentiles) will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.  He will put the sheep on His right and the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.  For I was hungry and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you took care of Me; I was in prison and you visited Me.’ “Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or without clothes and clothe You? When did we see You sick, or in prison, and visit You? ’ “And the King will answer them, ‘I assure you: Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’  Then He will also say to those on the left, ‘Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the Devil and his angels!  For I was hungry and you gave Me nothing to eat; I was thirsty and you gave Me nothing to drink; I was a stranger and you didn’t take Me in; I was naked and you didn’t clothe Me, sick and in prison and you didn’t take care of Me.’ “Then they too will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or without clothes, or sick, or in prison, and not help You? ’ “Then He will answer them, ‘I assure you: Whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for Me either.’ “And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Verse 46 is pretty clear that those who did not render assistance shall be thrown into the lake of fire (suffer eternal damnation). Clearly, this indicates that the judgment suffered will be an individual one, not a sweeping "national" judgment.

Of note is the definition of "nation(s)" here.
Gentile, heathen
Probably from etho; a race (as of the same habit), i.e. A tribe; specially, a foreign (non-Jewish) one (usually, by implication, pagan) -- Gentile, heathen, nation, people.
see GREEK etho

Clearly this word has multiple meanings - one of which is actually countries as defined politically (like the Roman Empire would have been defined when this was written). The other meaning is people - specifically Gentiles  (non Jewish peoples). Only the usage of the word to mean "peoples" or "Gentiles" actually makes sense within the sentence of Verse 32.

Clear-cut case of liberals twisting the Scriptures to fit into their purposes.

He is Anti-American

Evan McMullin is demonstrably anti-American.
We call it being a traitor.
He needs to be removed from office immediately and permanently banned from working for the government in any capacity.

Global "Progress"

Conservatives, by definition, wish to conserve the country as it was founded and clearly intended.

Progressives, by definition, wish to change the country away from how it is, in favor of their interpretation of progress.

Lately, the progressive interpretation of progress is globalism. These leftists have refused the "patriarchy," as it has existed since the dawn of mankind in favor of the ultimate patriarchy - one world government. The biggest Big Daddy of them all. Progressives call conservatives "afraid" of these changes. Progressives claim conservatives "fear" the unknown.

The readers of this blog tend to be Constitutionalist, Hard Right, Libertarian leaning Right, and #AltRight . These people know exactly what globalism leads to. We do not fear globalism, we abhor it. It is an undesirable outcome, to say the least. We do not consider globalism to be progress. We in America fought against a king over 200 years ago for a reason.

It is a basic instinct and right of all species to fight for the survival of their own kind. The political Right understands and realizes that this is what's going on right now - a fight for the survival of our own.

Ammo Review

Ammo to be reviewed: Hornady .223 Remington 62 grain FMJ Black. This ammunition retails for $10.99 (plus taxes, of course) per box of 20 at Academy Sports. According to Hornady's website, it has a muzzle velocity of 3100 fps from a 24 inch barrel. It has a ballistic coefficient of .274 - putting it ahead of most 55 grain ammo, but behind the M855 stuff.

The real question is, with Hornady's reputation for accuracy, will this ammo perform? 55 and 62 grain ammo in bulk typically has a mechanical best of 4 MOA. Will Hornady Black be better?

A 10 round group was fired from 100 yards. As you can see on the Birchwood Casey 3" target, the group was a little over 3" - or right at 3 MOA. Slightly better than M855. However, of note is the group was fairly tight, save the two "fliers." Perhaps it is capable of better and the two outlying shots were this shooter's errors. Perhaps another rifle would like this ammo better.

In either case, I think this ammo warrants sincere consideration from anybody wishing to stock fairly accurate ammo as inexpensively as possible. If you and / or your rifle get better results, then this might be ideal ammo for you.

The cost ($10.99) is virtually equal to most M855 clone ammo in these parts currently. If you have better accuracy results, then it would be well worth the investment.

Alt-Right Liberty

It has come to my attention that Libertarians are acting more and more like sissies these days. I see many of them engaging in drama on social media platforms, the likes of which is rivaled only by the Ctrl left. This was one of the reasons I shifted away from libertarianism, and toward the Alt-Right.

Not many masculine men among the Libertarians.
Not much patriotism among the Libertarians.
Most people would only be destructive with absolute Liberty.
Most people not only seek authority, but need authority in their lives.
I cannot abide the libertarian stance on abortion.
I cannot abide the libertarian stance on immigration.

And then there is the libertarian stance on homosexuality. I could care less who diddles who. However, based on our practical experience, homosexual marriage has not helped to benefit society. In fact, the homosexual movement has done as much to hurt society as feminism... and that's saying a lot.

So, because of these reasons, I identify as Alt-Right. It is based in fact and science. The Alt-Right is primarily concerned about patriotism and the advancement of society. I think the Western Civilization is the greatest civilization to have ever graced the planet Earth. And I believe the Alt-Right is the only political ideology that not only reveres Western Civilization, but upholds it and promotes the advancement of it.

Yes, I value Liberty. However a majority of people can neither appreciate Liberty, nor function without Authority.

On Millennials

Apparently, millennials as a group of people, which are those born from approximately 1984 and after, are tough to manage. They are accused of being entitled and narcissistic, self interested, unfocused and lazy - but entitled is the big one.
Because they confound the leadership so much, leaders will say “what do you want?” And millennials will say “we want to work in a place with purpose, we want to make an impact, we want free food and bean bag chairs.” Any yet when provided all these things they are still not happy. And that is because there is a missing piece.
It can be broken down into 4 pieces actually. 1 Parenting. 2 Technology. 3 Impatience. 4 Environment.
The generation that is called the millennials, too many of them grew up subject to “failed parenting strategies.” Where they were told that they were special - all the time, they were told they can have anything they want in life, just because they want it. Some of them got into honors classes not because they deserved it but because their parents complained. Some of them got A’s not because they earned them, but because the teachers didn’t want to deal with the parents. Some kids got participation medals, they got a medal for coming in last. Which the science we know is pretty clear is that it devalues the medal and the reward for those who actually work hard and that actually makes the person who comes in last embarrassed because they know they didn’t deserve it so that actually makes them feel worse.
You take this group of people and they graduate and they get a job and they’re thrust into the real world and in an instant they find out they are not special, their mom’s can’t get them a promotion, that you get nothing for coming in last and by the way you can’t just have it because you want it. In an instant their entire self image is shattered. So we have an entire generation that is growing up with lower self esteem than previous generations.
The other problem to compound it is we are growing up in a Facebook/Instagram world, in other words, we are good at putting filters on things. We’re good at showing people that life is amazing even though I am depressed…
Everybody sounds tough, and everybody sounds like they have it all figured out and the reality is there’s very little toughness and most people don’t have it all figured out. So when the more senior people say “well, what should we do?” they sound like “this is what you gotta do!” - but they have no clue.
So you have an entire generation growing up with lower self esteem than previous generations - through no fault of their own, they were dealt a bad hand. Now let’s add in technology. We know that engagement with social media and our cell phones releases a chemical called dopamine. That’s why when you get a text - it feels good. In a 2012 study, Harvard research scientists reported that talking about oneself through social media activates a pleasure sensation in the brain usually associated with food, money and sex. It’s why we count the likes, it’s why we go back ten times to see if the interaction is growing, and if our Instagram is slowing we wonder if we have done something wrong, or if people don’t like us anymore. The trauma for young kids to be unfriended it too much to handle. We know when you get the attention it feels good, you get a hit of dopamine which feels good which is why we keep going back to it. Dopamine is the exact same chemical that makes us feel good when we smoke, when we drink and when we gamble. In other words, it’s highly, highly addictive…
We have age restrictions on smoking, drinking and gambling but we have no age restrictions on social media and cell phones. Which is the equivalent of opening up the liquor cabinet and saying to our teenagers “hey by the way, if this adolescence thing gets you down - help yourself.”
An entire generation now has access to an addictive, numbing chemical called dopamine, through cellphones and social media, while they are going through the high stress of adolescence.
Why is this important? Almost every alcoholic discovered alcohol when they were teenagers. When we are very, very young the only approval we need is the approval of our parents and as we go through adolescence we make this transition where we now need the approval of our peers. Very frustrating for our parents, very important for the teenager. It allows us to acculturate outside of our immediate families and into the broader tribe. It’s a highly, highly stressful and anxious period of our lives and we are supposed to learn to rely on our friends.
Some people, quite by accident, discover alcohol, the numbing effects of dopamine, to help them cope with the stresses and anxieties of adolescence. Unfortunately that becomes hard wired in their brains and for the rest of their lives, when they suffer significant stress, they will not turn to a person, they will turn to the bottle. Social stress, financial stress, career stress, that’s pretty much the primary reasons why an alcoholic drinks. But now because we are allowing unfettered access to these devices and media, basically it is becoming hard wired and what we are seeing is that they grow older, too many kids don’t know how to form deep, meaningful relationships. “Their words, not mine.”
They will admit that many of their relationships are superficial, they will admit that they don’t count on their friends, they don’t rely on their friends. They have fun with their friends, but they also know that their friends will cancel on them when something better comes along. Deep meaningful relationships are not there because they never practiced the skillset and worse, they don’t have the coping mechanisms to deal with stress. So when significant stress begins to show up in their lives, they’re not turning to a person, they’re turning to a device, they’re turning to social media, they’re turning to these things which offer temporary relief.
We know, the science is clear, we know that people who spend more time on Facebook suffer higher rates of depression than people who spend less time on Facebook.
These things balanced, are not bad. Alcohol is not bad, too much alcohol is bad. Gambling is fun, too much gambling is dangerous. There is nothing wrong with social media and cellphones, it’s the imbalance.
If you are sitting at dinner with your friends, and you are texting somebody who is not there - that’s a problem. That’s an addiction. If you are sitting in a meeting with people you are supposed to be listening and speaking to, and you put your phone on the table, that sends a subconscious message to the room “you’re just not that important.” The fact that you can’t put the phone away, that’s because you are addicted.
If you wake up and you check your phone before you say good morning to your girlfriend, boyfriend or spouse, you have an addiction. And like all addictions, in time, it will destroy relationships, it will cost time, it will cost money and it will make your life worse.
So we have a generation growing up with lower self-esteem that doesn’t have the coping mechanisms to deal with stress and now you add in the sense of impatience. They’ve grown up in a world of instant gratification. You want to buy something, you go on Amazon and it arrives the next day. You want to watch a movie, logon and watch a movie. You don’t check movie times. You want to watch a TV show, binge. You don’t even have to wait week-to-week-to-week. Many people skip seasons, just so they can binge at the end of the season…
Instant gratification. You want to go on a date? You don’t even have to learn how to be socially awkward on that first date. You don’t need to learn how to practice that skill. You don’t have to be the uncomfortable person who says yes when you mean no and no when you mean yes. Swipe right - bang - done! You don’t even need to learn the social coping mechanism.
Everything you want you can have instantaneously. Everything you want, instant gratification, except, job satisfaction and strength of relationships - their ain’t no out for that. They are slow, meandering, uncomfortable, messy processes.
And so millennials are wonderful, idealistic, hardworking smart kids who’ve just graduated school and are in their entry-level jobs and when asked “how’s it going?” they say “I think I’m going to quit.” And we’re like “why?” and they say “I’m not making an impact.” To which we say - “you’ve only been there eight months…”
It’s as if their standing at the foot of a mountain and they have this abstract concept called impact that they want to have on the world, which is the summit. What they don’t see is the mountain. I don’t care if you go up the mountain quickly or slowly, but there’s still a mountain. And so what this young generation needs to learn is patience. That some things that really, really matter, like love or job fulfillment, joy, love of life, self confidence, a skillset, any of these things, all of these things take time. Sometimes you can expedite pieces of it, but the overall journey is arduous and long and difficult and if you don’t ask for help and learn that skillset, you will fall off the mountain. Or the worst case scenario, we’re seeing an increase in suicide rates in this generation, we’re seeing an increase in accidental deaths due to drug overdoses, we’re seeing more and more kids drop out of school or take a leave of absence due to depression. Unheard of. This is really bad.
The best case scenario, you’ll have an entire population growing up and going through life and just never really finding joy. They’ll never really find deep, deep fulfillment in work or in life, they’ll just waft through life and it things will only be “just fine.” “How’s your job?” “It’s fine, same as yesterday...” “How’s your relationship?” “It’s fine…”
That’s the best case scenario.
Which leads to the fourth point which is environment. Which is we’re taking this amazing group of young, fantastic kids who were just dealt a bad hand and it’s no fault of their own, and we put them in corporate environments that care more about the numbers than they do about the kids. They care more about the short-term gains than the life of this young human being. We care more about the year than the lifetime. We are putting them in corporate environments that are not helping them build their confidence. That aren’t helping them learn the skills of cooperation. That aren’t helping them overcome the challenges of a digital world and finding more balance. That isn’t helping them overcome the need for instant gratification and teach them the joys and impact and the fulfillment you get from working hard on something for a long time that cannot be done in a month or even in a year.
So we thrust them into corporate environments and the worst thing is they think it’s them. They blame themselves. They think it’s them who can’t deal. And so it makes it all worse. It’s not them. It’s the corporations, it’s the corporate environment, it’s the total lack of good leadership in our world today that is making them feel the way they do. They were dealt a bad hand and it’s the company’s responsibility to pick up the slack and work extra hard and find ways to build their confidence, to teach them the social skills that their missing out on.
There should be no cellphones in conference rooms. None, zero. When sitting and waiting for a meeting to start, instead of using your phone with your head down, everyone should be focused on building relationships. We ask personal questions, “How’s your dad? I heard he was in the hospital.” “Oh he’s really good thanks for asking. He’s actually at home now.” “Oh I’m glad to hear that.” “That was really amazing.” “I know, it was really scary for a while there.” -- That’s how you form relationships. “Hey did you ever get that report done?” “No, I totally forgot.” “Hey, I can help you out. Let me help you.” “Really?” -- That’s how trust forms. Trust doesn’t form at an event in a day. Even bad times don’t form trust immediately. It’s the slow, steady consistency and we need to create mechanisms where we allow for those little innocuous interactions to happen.
When we are out with friends, as we are leaving for dinner together, we leave our cell phones at home. Who are we calling? Maybe one of us will bring a phone in case we need to call an Uber. It’s like an alcoholic. The reason you take the alcohol out of the house is because we cannot trust our willpower. We’re just not strong enough. But when you remove the temptation, it actually makes it a lot easier. When you just say “Don’t check your phone,” people will just go to the bathroom and what’s the first thing we do? We look at the phone.
When you don’t have the phone, you just check out the world. And that’s where ideas happen. The constant, constant, constant engagement is not where you have innovation and ideas. Ideas happen when our minds wander and we see something and we think, “I bet they could do that…” That’s called innovation. But we’re taking away all those little moments.
None of us should charge our phones by our beds. We should be charging our phones in the living rooms. Remove the temptation. We wake up in the middle of the night because you can’t sleep, you won’t check your phone, which makes it worse. But if it’s in the living room, it’s relaxed, it’s fine. Some say “but it’s my alarm clock.” Buy an alarm clock. They cost eight dollars.
The point is, we now in industry, whether we like it or not, we don’t get a choice, we now have a responsibility to make up the shortfall. And help this amazing, idealistic, fantastic generation build their confidence, learn patience, learn the social skills, find a better balance between life and technology because quite frankly it’s the right thing to do.

Trump Rally

On Saturday, March 4, I took my family to the Trump rally in downtown Nashville.  There were well over 1000 Patriots there - even the #fakenews estimated 1300-1500. There were maybe 30  or so protesters, if that.  I didn't take pictures - too busy doing other important things - but many of my friends did take pics.  Tennessee Star has some good photos.

I will be eternally thankful for going to the rally today.  My children got to see live & in person the vile nature of the left.  I've never sheltered them, but it's one thing to see daddy say something, and it's something altogether different to see the BS for yourself.

The leftist protesters spewed venom from their lips in the form of profanities, lies, false allegations, and clear hatred. Many of the leftist protesters wore masks or scarves to cover their faces. Usually, criminals do attempt to conceal their identity whilst committing crimes.

The Trump supporters were courteous and wore smiles. There were several prominent Tennesseans there who spoke to the crowd. The mood of the crowd was one of optimism. Never have I seen so many red hats - #MakeAmericaGreatAgain .

Tennessee state troopers stood watch, making sure the protesters remained outside the rally area. This was done out of concern for the safety of the protesters, to be sure. I personally knew over two dozen of the rally attendees - and I'd be surprised if a single one of them was not armed at the time. I certainly was armed. Pretty sure a good percentage of the crowd was, as well. No, the troopers were not there to protect us from the protesters - it was the other way around.

There were Trump supporters there from all walks of life. Both genders and all races were represented. The protesters were mostly white-guilt Millennials coupled with a few urban yutes. Many motorcycle riders were there supporting Trump. And the running theme was a desire to #MakeAmericaGreatAgain .

A Good Start

Here's one I can get behind.  Legislation in Alabama is being considered that would eliminate marriage licenses in the state.
As  Vox Day puts it -
This is an excellent policy, and one which I have advocated since my WND days. The state does not define marriage. The state cannot define marriage. The state has never defined marriage; it is an institution that long precedes the state. The state has the right to create whatever legal contractual relationships between whatever parties it likes, but those relationships are not marriage. The Alabama bill would clarify that, and would have the benefit of removing those whose marriages are religious in nature from the predations of the state's divorce courts. If conservatives want to save marriage, then this is a policy they should take to the national level.
Or, as I have pointed out - marriage as defined by the US legal system is simply a financial contract.  One where one party, the female party, can take roughly half of the money & assets from the male party. And one wherein the female is enabled by the government to engage in child robbery.
Let there be civil financial contracts.
Let there be marriage.
Let the two be completely separate.

Designated Marksman's Rifle

DMR - Designated Marksman Rifle. Every Minuteman group needs at least one Designated Marksman. Some groups use the mentality of one DM per fire team, and they base movement and tactics off of DM support.

But what goes into the rifle?
Here is one example.

This rifle, named Lucy, is custom built. Most good DMRs are. She has an 18" White Oak Armament barrel with rifle length gas tube. She has a Fail Zero bolt. She wears a 16.5" rail from SLR that free floats the barrel. She has a Geissele SSA trigger. The A2 stock is from Magpul. She wears a J-type Compensator to assist with faster target reacquisition.

In this photo, Lucy is making use of a standard 30-round magazine loaded with M193 clone ammo. Though not the hardest hitting or most precise, this ammo is effective out to 300 m regularly. A good DM will carry precision ammo for long range work. This loadout is best for routine patrols and standard entry. With a simple mag change, lucy can rain down 75 grain love from afar.

The optic is fitting of a Modern Minuteman. The Vortex Strike Eagle offers 1-6x magnification. The 1x can be used for CQB. The 6x is good for reaching out. The scope has a Ballistic Drop Compensator reticle, allowing for ranging and firing at the long range.

Gaps In Employment

From the link posted yesterday, and the following questions:
Can you please walk me through your resume?
Why are you thinking about leaving your current job?
Can you explain gaps in your work history (if relevant)?
I was once on an interview where the HR person actually asked that last question - with the part of "(if relevant)." There are no gaps in my employment history, and my resume reflects that.
HR - Can you explain gaps in your work history (if relevant)?
Usagi - What gaps?
HR - The gaps in your work history.
Usagi - There are no gaps in my work history.
HR - OK, then, we can move on.
That surely didn't reassure me that she had actually read my resume.

Wire Tapping

We wake up this morning to word that former President Obama wire tapped Trump's offices. The way I see it, there are only four possibilities here:

1. The wiretap was legal and Trump's campaign colluded with Russia.
If this were true, we would have learned of it prior to the electoral college convention.

2. The wiretap was legal and Trump's campaign did not collude with Russia.
Very possible outcome. If this is found to be the case, expect Sessions to press forward and uncover some other dirt that's out there on the Democrats. Republicans may have a super majority by the time all the Dems are prosecuted.

3. The wiretap was illegal and Trump's campaign colluded with Russia.
If this were true, we'd never have heard about any of it.

4. The wiretap was illegal and Trump's campaign did not collude with Russia.
This is the most likely outcome, based on the history of and the veracity of the parties involved. If this turns out to be true, it will be Demageddon. Dems will be prosecuted by Sessions and Obama will be one of them.

What say you?

Bold Church Leadership

On social media, many friends who are in the ministry post articles about how to reach more people, how boost church attendance, how to encourage people to join in song during worship, etc. I am blessed to be able to attend  a church where attendance is booming.

Make no mistake, the churches that are growing rapidly are also trying very hard to improve, so don't think I'm going to say that's not a part of it. But, I will say that continual improvement is not the main reason why some churches grow while others shrink. And leadership from rapidly growing churches almost never post the "church-self-help" articles on social media. But again, these are side topics - not the main reason why.

In the last 5 years, I've attended two other churches that needed all the help they could in attendance and participation, and one that was that way, but then started rapid growth. What is the difference?

The difference, simply put, is BOLDNESS.

People don't was a sissy in the pulpit.

Just as the American people elected a bold leader, they elect to follow bold church leadership, as well.

A little over two years ago, Global Vision Bible Church would have a little over 100 in attendance each Sunday. These days it's in excess of 500. Back then, you could easily find a seat in early or late service. This coming Sunday, a 3rd service will be added to relieve the pressure of overcrowded services. GVBC had to purchase additional property last year just to make parking lot space - the original 46 parking spaces wouldn't fit half of the cars that park there now.

Pastor Greg Locke has always been bold. He is certainly an Alpha-male. He has never shied away from tough topics. He does not (and never has) taught the feel-good Christianity. But when he took the boldness a step further is when the church exploded in growth. Pastor Locke took his simple, yet Biblical messages to social media. Proclaiming boldness to the masses.

Now, just about every week, there is a new visitor to GVBC who drove well over an hour to get there (some have come from overseas!). These and even local visitors almost all reference Pastor Locke's social media presence as the reason why they came to visit. Thousands more watch his sermons as they are live-stream broadcast, and in the video archives.

All the notoriety does not come without a price. For every video that Pastor Locke posts that gets a million views, there are thousands of liberals and atheists that seek out his public pages and slander his name and give grief to the truth by spewing hatred, lies, and filth. Pastor Locke will frequently reference that sort of behavior as nonsense, and that's a great descriptor.

People are reaching out for bold, truthful leadership. The Gamma pastors are unwittingly killing off their church memberships. And in the process, these feckless pastors are causing harm to Christianity as a whole. It's time to stand up. It's time to take back our country and we can start by taking back our churches with bold leadership.

Battle Belt

Along with a chest rig, many Modern Minutemen wear a battle belt. This is one example.

This Rifleman has flashlights and tools on the chest rig, so a simple duty belt suffices. To the Rifleman's right is the Sig P226 pistol. This pistol has 20-round magazines, extended hand grips (protecting from magazine "bite"), and Trijicon night sights. To the Rifleman's left are two spare 20-round mags. In the rear is a dump pouch.

This Rifleman wishes to add one or two AR15 mag holders to the rig, just to make entry possible on recon missions (running light without the full chest rig).

Still Whining

I came across  this article on social media. It is enlightening. Quoted article in italics. Bold for the headline, and other instances of bold are my emphasis.

“We Are So Hated”: What It’s Like to Be a Ted Cruz Fan (and NeverTrumper) at CPAC
Margaret and Fiona Moodie have been coming to the Conservative Political Action Conference for a decade. It’s a family thing. Blonde and slender, this mother-daughter pair from Bowie, Maryland, is active in local Republican politics and once even ran for office together. They’re lifelong conservative activists, and CPAC always felt like a reunion with friends—until this year.

“We are so hated,” Margaret, 58, told me on Friday.

Well, when you act in an anti-social manner, as the #NeverTrump movement has done, then the social ones tend to dislike your behavior. Even the Bible has something to say about this (emphasis mine): Psalm 1:1 “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers.

The Moodies are Ted Cruz supporters. They backed the Texas senator in last year’s Republican primary, and were even at the Indiana rally where he suspended his campaign. (If you watch video of the speech, they say, you can hear their screams of dismay.) The Moodies have not come around to President Donald Trump, whom they still consider unprincipled and morally repugnant, and this has made them outcasts in CPAC’s sea of “Make America Great Again” hats.

“There’s a lot of really angry people,” said Fiona, 24.

Yes, and the majority of the angry people are the liberal snowflakes and the #NeverTrump ers,  but I repeat myself.

After hearing Trump’s rambling speech at the conference on Friday morning, the Moodies were aghast that he didn’t talk about unifying the conservative movement, and they criticized his griping about the media. “It doesn’t win over hearts and minds, and it doesn’t make jobs or opportunities for people,” Fiona said. “We’re not getting back to the Constitution, and that’s what this election was supposed to be about.”

There is no unifying with a group that doesn't want to unify. The #NeverTrump movement has had the better part of a year to come on over, yet they pout and refuse like spoiled toddlers. Again, they act like the liberal snowflakes. Y'all unify!

The Moodies were especially appalled by Trump’s focus on “fake news,” since they see the president himself as a promotor of the same—a serial liar who, they’ll never forget, suggested Cruz’s father was involved in John F. Kennedy’s assassination.

“Our First Amendment says we can have fake news—even if he doesn’t like it,” Margaret said. “I mean, that is the absolute bedrock of who were are. I don’t like people making up stories. I don’t. However, that is the cost we pay for freedom of speech. It truly is. Deep Throat in Watergate? If it hadn’t been for an anonymous source, Watergate wouldn’t have been exposed. It would not. He is trying to shut down the voices of those Deep Throat–esque people. I think it’s horrifying. I truly think it’s horrifying.”

And therein lies the problem... all of the other Republican candidates - Cruz included - would have kowtowed to the liberal press. Not Trump. He manipulates them. The Master of Puppets.

The Moodies worry, too, that Trump is corroding the conservative movement.

“The issue for me is we’ve lost the ability to intellectually articulate our argument,” Fiona said. A private school teacher of classical piano and American government, she’s even seeing a Trump effect at work. “What I’m seeing with my students is the perpetuation of dumbing down the argument,” she said, “and [thinking] it’s okay to bully people into believing what you believe. I’ve seen the sentiment change.”

And this is problematic, too. There is no erosion of the conservative movement. Trump has been more conservative than any president before him. And that's what really worries the #NeverTrump crowd. Trump is more conservative in office than Cruz ever would have been.

The sentiment has changed at CPAC, too, where an event ostensibly devoted to conservative principles gave Trumpism a full embrace this week. But the Moodies have gotten used to feeling out of place these days, even in their own home: Margaret’s husband supports the president. “It makes dinners very difficult,” she said.

So now we get to the real issue. Maybe all the rest was just projection?

In this strange new political landscape, what are NeverTrump conservatives like the Moodies to do?

“I think it’s an important time for people like us to try and define ourselves,” Fiona said. “When I see him doing things I approve of, I’ll be honest and fair, but we have to be able to define conservatism as something outside of Trump and ensure that we stay true to those values.”

Margaret gave a more curt reply to my question: “We cry.”

How many times in a single article can a #NeverTrump er act exactly like a liberal snowflake? Oh, wait, there may not be one iota of difference. And that's why Trump is in office and not Cruz.
