So you go to the polls, and "hold your nose," and vote for a candidate that you don't like at all; in an effort to prevent the election of a candidate that you hate.
This action perpetuates the monopoly of the "two-party system," and virtually guarantees that the same thing happens again. Such an action also makes punishment of a politician (read: losing their job, hence their power) less effective... primarily because both major parties are owned by the same corporations.
If you really want to see change, stop voting for "the lesser of two evils." After all, that's still voting for evil.
Vote "3rd party" and sleep easy at night.
