Mount Checklist

A brief list of what I am trying to do from the Mounted position:

1. Punch (self defense) or collar choke (sparring in class)
2. Americana arm lock (ude garami)
3. Straight arm lock (juji gatame)
4. An inexperienced opponent will roll over (face down), so I am prepared to let them.
