The man who was the architect behind Obamacare called healthy people "Genetic lottery winners" and further suggested they have been paying "artificially low insurance premiums."
I wonder if he believes this BS?
It's like saying a driver is paying "artificially low" auto insurance premiums because they have excellent credit and have no accidents or tickets.
