We are living in a police state. This is not what the Founding Fathers envisioned. Jack-Booted Thugs abound in police departments everywhere, and it has got to stop!!!
Man legally carries gun.
Cop goes "fishing."
Cop ignores man's 4th Amendment rights, because he doesn't like man's 2nd Amendment rights.
Man sues police department.
Man wins lawsuit.
Suit costs police department thousands.
...
Maybe police department learns its lesson and stops supporting jack-booted thuggery?
