Permit holder vs. cop. Only not like that. The permit holder tried to comply with "commands" but the cop was hoplophobic and fired before the permit holder could do much of anything.
Sad thing is the cop didn't even know for sure that the permit holder actually had a gun. He was going based off of what other people had told him.
