Six Doughnuts

Did you ever wonder about nutrition facts for six doughnuts? I did.

Why? Because I once watched a man eat that many doughnuts in a 30-minute time span.

So I visited this link.

Let's do some math:

Calories (per doughnut): 200
That's 10% of Daily Value (based on a 2000-calorie suggestion)

For 6 Doughnuts: 1200 calories; 60% of DV.

Total fat: 12.0g; 18% of DV
For 6 doughnuts: 72.0g; 108% of DV

Saturated fat: 3.0g; 15% of DB
For 6 doughnuts: 18.0g; 90% of DV

Sugars: 10.0g (no DV given; but as a diabetic, I try to limit my intake here to 40 g per day or less)
For 6 doughnuts: 60.0g; 150% of what would be my personal max (6'3" male weighing about 225 pounds).

Summary:
If you eat 6 doughnuts in a single sitting, eat only carrots, celery, and lean protein for the rest of the day.

Better idea: show some restraint and only eat a single doughnut.
