Over the Holidays, The NDAA bill was signed by Obama. Of particular issue with this bill, is the fact that the language of the bill seems to allow the government to detain a citizen of the United States indefinitely.
As it stands, the bill seems to violate the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments to the Constitution.
