Reader Poll

Let's do a reader poll. This author has come across the items to become a YouTube content creator. Would you still like to see stuff in print, or would you prefer a switch to YouTube?

Clearly, there would be some things better for video, that would not be printed here. Likewise, there would be material posted here that would not be on video.

So, what say you? YouTube centric or blog centric?

Reason Behind the Reason 2

A while back, I posted about the "reason behind the reason." Someone was terminated from their job at an Allstate affiliate company, and the reasons given did not make sense. I offered possible real reasons. Those explained the situation better than his old bosses. Recently, Allstate announced a $1.4 Billion loss for 2022.

And these things are linked - it is called "get woke, go broke."

Full Circle

In the years prior to COVID-19, up through 2019, research studies on mask use for the prevention of viral infection overwhelmingly showed little to no link to a reduction in transmission. Early on in the scamdemic, even Fauci himself said masks were "not really effective in keeping out viruses." Then the official echo chamber elected that control was needed (not necessarily a reduction in spreading the virus) and the official mantra became "masks!"

Of course, we know well now that mask use did not work. The only people still wearing masks are low-IQ individuals and ugly people

And now, the scientific studies are coming Full Circle! Scientific articles are now allowed to go back to saying that mask use is ineffective. Since articles can sometimes "disappear" and because some folks cannot read, here is the chart from the article, showing a 1% difference in virus spread with mask use vs without mask use.

For the record, here is where I said in 2021 that mask use only helped out 1%. And, no, I wasn't "lucky" in saying that. It has to do with the ability to research, read, and understand what is being said. This is evidenced in my closing statements: "controls, not polls."

Insane Suggestions

From the article, 8 modest proposals to prevent gun violence in America, here are some thoughts:

Red flag laws
They come out of the gates with a huge swing and miss!

An assault weapons ban
The only bigger swing and miss.

No assault weapons until 21
What will this help? Seriously. They don't even make a suggestion.

Eliminate the filibuster
This would not end well for your side. And it won't help gun control a bit.

The Active Shooter Alert Act
Why? So the police can ignore yet another distress call?

Build out 'prevention infrastructure'
None of the things listed under this would affect "gun violence" in the least bit.

Eliminate legal immunity for gun manufacturers
Start by eliminating legal immunity from "vaccine" manufacturers.

Let doctors talk about firearm safety
Why? They have no specialized training to discuss this.
