Give up your dinner & leave? It seems to imply she would punish the restaurant and server by leaving without paying. Why not just ask for a to-go box?
People who "have their last meal before shooting" don't do it this way.
The man's rights do not trump hers in any way. To even suggest that indicates a complete failure to understand what rights are.
He is not terrorizing her. He is fueling her overdeveloped sense of entitlement with fodder that can gain her the attention she seeks.
