I won't call it a win

Seems that the Congress has made a deal to pass an extension of the Bush tax cuts.
Except for those earning $200K per year.

But only a 2-year extension? Give me a break.

Looks like the entire package of tax cuts was extended for 2 years. And unemployment extended for 13 more months.

Not a win at all.

The tax cuts need to be permanent, and unemployment is too long as it is.

  2. I agree that the Bush tax cuts ought to be made permanent, including abolition of the death tax. However, keep in mind that the 2-year extension is being done with the GOP still as the minority party in D.C. I never thought the Democrats would agree to do this. Two years will hopefully get us to the next GOP administration.
