Sometimes it seems everyone on the internet is an expert. They won't hesitate to tell you that YoU'rE dOiNg It WrOnG!!! Didja ever notice they will never tell you how to do it the right way?

Give cues - what to do. Avoid saying what not to do. James Yeager of Tactical Response used to call this the Pink Elephant Theory. I apply this in my instructor classes.

The people who leave the YoU'rE dOiNg It WrOnG!!! comments think they are experts. Dunning-Kruger.
Real experts can articulate why something has a flaw, and what to do instead.
