Gaps In Employment

I was once on an interview where the HR person actually asked that last question - with the part of "(if relevant)." There are no gaps in my employment history, and my resume reflects that.
HR - Can you explain gaps in your work history (if relevant)?
Usagi - What gaps?
Usagi - What gaps?
HR - The gaps in your work history.
Usagi - There are no gaps in my work history.
Usagi - There are no gaps in my work history.
HR - OK, then, we can move on.
That surely didn't reassure me that she had actually read my resume.
Use your important keyword H1 and never duplicate it.
