Unjust Judge Shot Down 2.0

The unjust Judge got shot down by the court of appeals.

Then he makes a motion to hear the remand.
EVEN THOUGH HE IS RETIRED!

Why on Earth would a retired judge want to come back and hear a remand? Unless he had it in for one of the parties. And if that was the case, then his unfair judgments would have been overturned in the appeals court.

Oh, wait... they were!

Nevertheless, he gets shot down in his motion to hear the remand.
I suggest that if Judge Tom Gray truly wanted to hear more about this case, he wouldn't have fallen asleep during the trial the first time!

The most important issue for young women is to be able to kill their baby.  These women kill millions of their babies every year out of convenience.
