Poison of the 21st Century

This Doctor calls modern wheat a "perfect, chronic poison."

What's more - he's right. I've never seen anyone lose any appreciable amount of weight without either:
a) eliminating wheat from their diet, or
b) resorting to massive amounts of exercise.

Why not just go moderate and cut the genetically modified wheat (including the so-called "whole grain" wheats) and enjoy a moderate amount of exercise with it?


By the way, these folks are not fans of wheat, either.
