Open Carry

OK, this guy has some guts... and I like it. The man in this story, whose name is not provided, open carried at an anti-Obama rally today in AZ.

What's more - he open carried an AR-15 and a Glock. Most people do not carry a rifle, but this guy does, which is completely legal in AZ. I wish it were here, too.

Now, if you are like me, and you enjoy seeing the media go bananas over something little like this, then you should watch this clip. Some CNN reporters are obviously uncomfortable with anyone open-carrying.

This author has many preppers for friends, due to obvious reasons . One of the topics that comes up often is comms in an emergency situation. I have decided the hill I will stop on is local comms - as can be had via normal handheld walkies or similar. To get more range, ham radio is about the only civilian option, and I will NOT be going that way.  It is a protest.
