Reasons

Follow up from a reader:

I wrote you a little while back about a guy who got all bent out of shape over a tweet that wasn't intended for him. Well, come to find out this guy had issues. In April, he had tweeted about finally seeing that he needed medicine for his depression. In June, he tweeted about seeing a therapist for his problems.

Not surprising. People who act like that often have a deep-seated reason. From simple anti-social behavior, through psychopathy, and all the way up to mental illness of every magnitude (slight to severe). What people like this dislike the most is having their actions brought to light, because it reveals. That revelation is what they need most, so they can come to terms with their own problems. I wish this guy well.
